Kaci's lawyers need to ask states if they quarantine US nurses who work w/ flu, MRSA, cdiff

Because all of those have killed a lot more people each year than Ebola has in the US...

Pick any infectious disease and somewhere in this country there are nurses at work, doing their jobs, caring for patients with those diseases.

She is no different from them. Hasn't been infected, remains symptom free.

But, hey, using the "well you might have caught..." nonsense, half the US healthcare workers in the US should be getting dragged into quarantine camps right now.

I can almost hear the breathless excitement when folks type the names of their heroes. Weird shit for weird times.

but became a big enough threat need quarantining the second she disembarked. Shouldn't everyone who flew with her be locked in tents for 21 days, too?

And I hope the airports are now confirming any above-normal forehead scanner readings with an oral thermometer reading.

the lack of a uniform, streamlined, intelligible protocol with a functional chain of command.
