Seems like a pretty good (if expensive) plan, but in the video one woman at the meeting asked how the new center would affect property values.

Anyway it was a local meeting about the new Ebola unit in the Long Island Jewish hospital network's Glen Cove unit. It will take up an entire floor and treat up to two people with up-to-the-minute science and medicine. They made a good case and most people seemed supportive of it, but one woman was worried about her property values.
