Comcast let me cancel all my services in less than 15 minutes!

And, I can return my equipment for free via UPS! It wasn't a 100% seamless transaction as I did have to redirect the rep a couple times, but when I made it clear I wanted to cancel, he let me go. I have tried to cancel my service several times over the past 3 years and those experiences were surreal, to say the least.

The guy who exposed the sleezy tactics used by Comcast's retention department is a hero!

I didn't get a confirmation number and my account shows an installation scheduled in 3 weeks. I'm hoping it's the tech who will uninstall the service.

Cutting the cord (for now). I've been paying over 200 a month for channels that I rarely watch.

She told them her house was in forclosure and she didn't know where she was going to live next.

Might have been true, might not but in 5 minutes she was out of there.
