I clipped the four paragraphs that are the most detailed. Just going to add that he's been there since 1988, and there has been a lot of primitive ideas that took hold in this entire general area from the eighties to the nineties. So I'm not surprised to see something like this being exposed in the era of the selfies.
Attorney: Police chief sex scandal in Casselberry could grow
Burruezo said the law firm has "a dozen or so photos and one video", which the letter claimed included "'selfie-style' pictures of Chief McNeil's penis, and a videotape of him masturbating (while using vulgar sexual language) that he texted to one of our clients. Unfortunately, this and other inappropriate behavior on the part of the Chief has gone on unchecked for quite some time without any repercussions."
The identities of the women have not been released because of their worries about retaliation, Burruezo said.
"Indeed, Chief McNeil's erratic and outrageous conduct has emotionally crippled our clients and caused them to feel extreme fear because of his ability to retaliate against them," the letter stated. "Also, given his position, they fear for their physical safety so much so that they have not been willing to come forward until now that they have retained counsel and been assured of the availability of the law to protect them."
On Friday, Burruezo said others have contacted the firm since McNeil's resignation with "additional information to supply that substantiated the claims of our clients.
It's a fast-developing situation. Literally, with the passage of each moment we hear more and more."
While the allegations included in the letter currently involve three women, "that could balloon to greater numbers. We don't know at this point, but it could be five or more."

Nothing ever changes around here unless two factors exists: A civil lawsuit, and competent press coverage. You can imagine what gets buried when you have lawyers who take up cases they know they plan to detour, and a newspaper who won't print the facts.
