Idaho AG: Someone offering to pay for people's votes

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden says a telephone-related voting scam is unfolding across the state on election day.

According to complaints filed to the attorney general's office, someone is calling potential voters around the state and offering $25 for their votes.

Wasden says bribing someone for their vote is a crime in Idaho.

Wasden urged the public to hang up the phone immediately if anyone receives a call like this.
