So - what is the GOOD news tonight?

Where did we do well?

I'll start - PA sent Tom Corbutt packing. Is Wolf perfect? No, but he's definitely better than Governor Gashole.

I know it's a tough night for Dems in this nation, but surely we do have more good news....?

She has a good environmental record, correct? I admit I don't know much about the NH race - other than the fact that Brown is a douche - but I recall hearing she is pretty pro-environment.

Republicans will have won 7 seats In senate. The LA runoff will detmine if they win 8.

Except for PA all competive governorships broke for Republicans.2016 Is going to be a struggle with them bring voter ID In almost
every state.

COngress Is now a permeant republican majority In both houses.

as well as a couple of decent Democrats on the council being replaced by better Democrats (but this was a foregone conclusion since the primary). The city council here functions like a state legislature since we don't have anyone above us but the feds when they're feeling authoritarian and want to kick us around. Also really nice that a candidate I've been campaigning for on and off for 1.5 years (the strong progressive) finally made it in.

Corbett out in Pennsylvania.

It looks like Mike Honda has a good chance of defeating Ro Khanna in California District 17.

Losing the Senate and some important gubernatorial races suck, but sometimes there's a lot of other important fights that get overlooked (and some that we are winning!).
