They had hoped to take their community back into their own hands. One of the things they were doing was registering people to vote.

(39,451 posts)7. Here is some news - grrrrrr! Thanks to another DUer who posted a thread on election probs.
Just Voted in St Louis County, Ferguson 005. They ran out of paper ballots at 4:20 this afternoon and had hours long lines for 3 electronic voting machines. The poll workers said paper ballots were running out at other polling precincts.

civil rights violations. What a mess. So they are just as unhappy about the outcome of this election as we are.
