Rate the elections you've voted in, from best to worse. Explain why if you like.

I've been voting regularly in national and Florida statewide elections since 2002, so here goes:

2008--Speaks for itself. Truly historic. Notable for both who was coming in and who was leaving. The day after felt truly glorious.

2012--America had a chance to turn backwards and smartly refused to do so. More or less turned the sham tea party movement into a pathetic one hit wonder. Loved watching Allen West lose even after he tried to move to a more Republican friendly district.

2006--Finally broke the Bush juggernaut. Congress and governor's races went the right way. It only sucked that it had to happen after 2004, but to sum up the election, the very worst thing that happened that night was that Charlie Crist won the governor's seat as a Republican, and even that I was happy about because it meant no more Jeb.

2010--More annoying than bad. Knew we'd have to put up with the tea party craziness for a little while, but I figured they'd do themselves in. And at least some of them have.

2014--It sucks. It really does. But at least Obama's still president.

2002--Fear, warmongering and phony patriotism won the day. What hurt most about this one for me, though, was seeing Jeb Bush re-elected as governor. Karma should not have allowed someone as corrupt as Jeb to be re-elected.

2004--The very worst. Horrible. The prospect of George W. Bush being rewarded after everything he put our country through (and knowing what he'd continue to put our country through) disgusts me to no end.
