We need new leadership in the House and Senate

Pelosi has headed dems in the House for 12 years and Reid has been in the leadership position in the Senate.

I know it's up to democrats in the House and Senate to choose their leadership and that we as voters have no say in this matter, but I wish Pelosi and Reid would step down Both are 74. They've wielded power for a long time and at this point, I don't think either is effective. Neither are leaders that people rally behind.

I don't know who I'd like to see in leadership positions, but there have to be people who can deliver a democratic message better than Pelosi or Reid.
