Help with changing voter registration

I am establishing residency in Washington after moving from Oregon. I've registered to vote in Washington. Theoretically, they would contact the Oregon elections people to remove me from their roles. I don't really trust that that will happen perfectly, and given the software that Washington was thinking about using to check voters (I forget the name, but it blocked quite a few people in other states from voting in this last election), I want to give the Oregon elections office or whomever a call and ask them to remove me from their roles. Does anybody have any idea what number/who to call to do this? I haven't been able to find a clear answer.
