The President needs to use his veto power.

The Republicans are not deterred by idle threats.

Listening to some callers on C-SPAN this morning, they are ready to crucify this President. He is "destroying" our country with his lawlessness, they said.

If the President cannot muster the courage to use the power granted him by the Constitution, then he will deserve no sympathy from the American people.

The KXL Pipeline is the perfect place for him to start. There is no evidence that it is in our national interest. Very few jobs will be created from the pipeline. The oil from the tar pits in Canada is some of the dirtiest on the planet. Very few stand to profit from the pipeline. There is a lack of responsibility if there is a spill or accident. The President has every right to veto it.

Not sure if he will, but he should.

And yeah, the RW media have brainwashed people into believing that a moderate like Obama is the reincarnation of Stalin. They're trying their damnedest to provoke an assassination.
