Ted Cruz theatens Obama with jail time...

Obviously, a simpleton that is sitting in a position beyond his capabilities. Contrary to the Bill Clinton/Paula Jones settlements in the 1990's, impeachment is the only punishment permitted under our Constitution for a sitting President. Once he becomes a normal citizen, then Mr Cruz may take him to court.

It should be illegal to threaten the President in such a manner, imo...
