my grandaunt killed herself my self diagnosing and treating her conditions with homeopathy. ugh ugh ugh.

I do think homeopathy has one very specific use: it's perfectly tailored for hypochoindriacs, of which I've known many. If their "doctors" knew their limits, I would feel great recommending it to such people but while those idiots claim to cure real illnesses with magic water, I will continue to badmouth them.

I don't like it either. I can see why people might seek out alternative care in addition to real medical care, but not instead of it. And homeopathy specifically makes me angry. I hate that some local pharmacies are selling homeopathic remedies.

I used to go into my refrigerator and mix all sorts of weird stuff together like soda with mustard and hot sauce knowing it would cure my cold or give me super powers. Then I turned six and realized that shit didn't work and all it did was give me an upset stomach.
