I don't think anybody wants a riot.

But their fingers will be on the triggers, ready to go at the slightest indication of problems. They may not want violence, but they are going to certainly over-react to the littlest thing, and that's when there will be trouble for all.

20. Both, pretty much ALL white americans are racists even if just to the following degrees

a. accept and prosper from white privilege and do little to nothing to reverse the fact that they enjoy and prosper from white privilege, myself included

b. most of us white people including liberals are afraid of Black people or afraid of some of them, regardless of whether or not it is justified...it is taught to us through propaganda and institutional racism - We are taught to be afraid of Black people and Latino's especially if we are in certain neighborhoods.


Now, as I have said many times before, if you were to reverse EVERYTHING the past 200 years, and Black people controlled everything and white people were on the losing end of SLAVERY and JIM CROW and LYNCHING and so on, the reaction from the white community in a Trayvon or Michael Brown scenario would be to burn down the entire state of MO or FL and maybe the entire country.

Now, it is possible that if whites had been on the receiving end of all that for all that time they might have learned patience, perseverance and courage the way the BLACK community has, and subesquently act like the Black community usually does showing great control and reason, anything is possible.
