4. Jay Nixon is clueless to say the least.

He will be responsible for what happens if there is no recommendation for a bill of indictment. He should have stepped up, taken control, booted the local prosecutor and named a special prosecutor. He chose to allow a prosecutor who had no business handling this case and an established bias for the Ferguson PD control the Grand Jury process. Should the Grand Jury vote to not indict there is no credibility in the process because everyone can see that the process was rigged from Day 1.

I don't think that Missouri could have possibly f**ked this up anymore then they already have. And of course they will never accept responsibility for the inevitable fallout.

5. I am a democrat living in Missouri and I gotta say

that most Democrats holding a major office in our state are pathetic. While nixon is better than the crazies that run our state legislature, he has been a major disappointment to say the least. He couldn't have handled the fergueson situation any worse.
