Couple questions about the Brown murder

2. Did Wilson ever say why he didn't just drive away and wait until reinforcements came?

i simply meant that the farcical grand jury process in this case had little to do with the facts most of us dispassionate observers would consider relevant and material, such as the ones your questions were trying to determine.

Most recently by the long-term "friend" on Facebook who was annoyed that her "dancing with the stars" with interrupted by "Ferguson - haven't we heard enough about that already". Lady, you obviously need to hear a lot more if that's your attitude.

15. Evidently they are making guns now that are fingerprint

resistant - but still doesn't explain why they wouldn't try to lift or try to find DNA on it.

Someone was just saying that the oddest thing to believe is that a person would go up to a cop, reach into their car and try to pull their gun away. So extremely ballsy - unbelievable.

17. It kind of refutes the prosecutor's point that some witness

accounts defied the evidence. Well, Wilson was a witness
and his account of Brown grabbing his gun might have been
refuting by evidence, if there was evidence.

But so many normal things at a crime scene were never done. There is only one reason for that. The ferguson cops never expected this case to go national and my guess is they've gotten away with this many times.

20. About #1, we'll never completely know because against rules of evidence Wilson .....

took his gun to his station and was the one who bagged it for evidence, and he washed his hands prior to examination and tests.

There's just so many other irregularities in this whole affair that obscure any sense of being able to get to an unvarnished complete truth, let lone any justice.
