Blood stain & shell casing evidence

According to this diagram there were two blood stains (19 & 20) found about 20-25 ft away from Michael Browns body. The blood stains indicate that Michael Brown reversed course and advanced back toward Darren Wilson.. unless you want to believe that Wilson somehow went around Michael Brown and shot him from the opposite direction. The shell casings do not support that hypothesis.

Darren Wilson's pistol is a Sig Sauer P229 which holds 13 cartridges. Shells ejected from a Sig Sauer P229 fly forward and to the right. Judging from trajectory of casings ejected in the video and the position of casings found in relation to the position of Michael Brown's body, Wilson was not 140 ft away when MB was shot down as some here have claimed. This Youtube video shows shells ejecting from a P229 at the 5:45 mark...

There was one cartridge left in Wilson's gun, 12 casings were found...discussed on page 230 of the grand jury transcript. The blood stain evidence 19 & 20 are discussed on page 238...

Thanks for that graph, it pretty much shows Wilson chased down and murdered Brown. Rex Nov 2014 #6

How far was Wilson from his car?

Did he shoot at Brown while he was retreating?

Why was he in fear for his life if the suspect was that far away from him AND retreating BASED ON WHAT YOU BROUGHT IN!

ps, based upon the scale, it looks to be about a 10 to 15 feet distance going back from the blood stains.

he still murdered the kid. Whether Brown turned around or not. It's still cold, calculated murder. Period.

What proof exists that prove MB was charging Wilgun from the blood trace evidence (19,20), not moving forward with his arms raised in surrender as documented in witness testimony. Other than the testimony of the one who would be charged unless he was facing imminent danger.

Where is Officer Wilgun's dash cam footage? If nothing else the should be supportive evidence in the sound track. I do not know of a modern police car without evidence gathering dash cams.

Explain why you think shell casings glue themselves in place until a forensic technician gets there. Wilgun paced back and forth at the scene, could casings have been nudged or outright kicked? People familiar with crime scene layout and the pattern of evidence gathering, would be the most skilled at manipulating crime scene layout.
