10. Interesting. I remember a trip to San Diego on

I-5 some years ago. A California Highway Patrol officer was killed in a traffic accident somewhere near San Diego. They stopped traffic for over two hours on both sides of I-5 to "investigate" the accident. People driving weren't very happy at being delayed for those two hours that time, too. I guess it all depends on whose ox has been gored.
