My experience with it, people carry their hand guns holstered but I seem to remember someone telling me it can be considered partially concealed. Does anyone know open carry law, especially in Ohio, to explain for me where exactly one can open carry - e.g. on the hip in holster?

I tried to google it, but couldn't find anything that covered where exactly a gun is okay to carry during open carry.
