Unfortunately I don't have it with me so I can't share his wisdom or go based on memory.

Plato also was too and had some wisdom I wish I could share as well and I think he was alive during the same time Socrates was.

Actual Socrates quote "The understanding of mathematics is necessary for a sound grasp of ethics.".
