Lawrence O'Donnell is skewering the Ferguson

Prosecutor's office. When a member of the GJ asks -You mean the Supreme Court can overturn a Missouri law? Her response - Oh we don't want to get into that. The other prosecutor - We don't want to have a law class. They blatantly rigged the process. I wish that someone would file a complaint with the Missouri Bar Association.

He has raised the question as to how many times that they have intentionally stated information/laws that are in fact illegal.

It makes you wonder how often the Prosecutors have committed prosecutorial misconduct. I think it makes their entire caseload under McCullough very suspect to say the least.

If no one else will, the Brown family attorneys should file a complaint with the MO Bar Association.

The behavior of the Prosecutors (who are officers of the court) going into a courtroom and blatantly lie and then to refuse to answer a yes/no question about the ability of the Supreme Court to overturn a state law is reprehensible to say the least.

The behavior totally calls into question what has been going on within that Prosecutor's office. It is also appalling that the Judge let the Prosecutor get away with what they did. You just cannot rely upon anybody in that town to uphold the law and protect the citizens.

more than the others.

And remains calm while doing it. (altho I've seen him lose it a couple of times).

I really enjoy his show.
