Less developed nations like Eritrea and Pakistan do not get much in taxes from their people. People

are not paying their taxes (Pakistan) or are not used to paying taxes (Eritrea). This
is what the GOP wants to connect to: that huge mass of less developed nations who
don't have a proper amount of taxation to run democracies properly. Why should Americans
vote for the GOP when they don't want to follow the models in the democratic West
(in fact the GOP wants America to run from the models of Europe, Canada, Australia) but do want
to follow the economic models of countries that are struggling.
