I know he resigned and the CHP settled a civil suit for $1.5 million. But all I can find on the Internet on the criminal aspect of the case is that the DA was "considering" filing charges against him.

Tell me how they are not like the KGB, Gestapo and run-of-the-mill Middle Eastern thugs/police. It's a good thing they aren't issued swords or we'd have heads rolling . . . literally.
