It's very likely more than with 20 women. Most of them are probably not going to come forward.

willfully blind, or complicit. What's really obnoxious is that he's an old man who's been living this lecherous predatory life for decades, and no one in the entertainment industry revealed it.

She alleges that she was drugged and raped by Bill Cosby in 1982. Here's an image of her in 1979, three years before it happened.

I wasn't that "in" to supermodels and the craze that surrounding them. Huge Madonna fan back then who was exactly the opposite.

But I don't discount what she's claiming today. The anger was real and palpable and she's not that good of an actress so I'm inclined to believe her rage is genuine.

Billy Joel claimed to have written *"Uptown Girl" for her. They still have a wonderful relationship and their daughter, Alexa, absolutely loves her mother to pieces - as do all Christie's children.

I don't have enough information to make a decision. It's hard to prove or disprove allegations from that long ago. He could have hidden monstrous behavior behind a nice exterior, but it could be a case where there's no cost to making allegations. To me the similarities in the allegations could indicate a pattern, but it could also be a reflection of people repeating what they have previously heard.

What Cosby did was real and an act of great evil to innocent women that were relying on him for guidance and mentorship. In a way, what he did was the ultimate sinister act - gain trust or take advantage of respect to drug and rape women. I want to not believe it, but it is impossible to ignore so many women coming forward and saying he raped them.

I just don't believe women would get together and hatch a plan to bring down Bill Cosby. That sounds ludicrous.

any factaul issues. According to multiple sources these stories have been around for years. Why are they reaching a crescendo at this point in time.

I vaguely think its another attempt to kill of a black icon, Cosby being sort of a cultural daddy figure. kind of like the way our president has been treated by media and the other side since he had the affrontery to presume to run for that office.

Whether or not Mr. Cosby raped anyone the story is indelibly out there and he gets to wear it even after he dies.

I don't have a problem believing the stories are true. I got to see Cosby in some private moments in the mid'70's. He struck me as nasty, mean and racist. After a couple of those encounters, mostly at Glide Memorial Church, I wanted nothing to do with him or his TV shows.

all FALSELY accuse of rape a heretofore beloved entertainment icon about whom most people would find it difficult to believe such allegations because his image, both on TV and in RL, is of a family man.

Because why not, right? Let's just PICK ON BILL! Let's all call ourselves "rape victims" for FUN! For PR!
