Cell phones are addictive. People who have one constantly have to be looking at their phone.

There is no such thing as multitasking. That is a myth.

Fact is, these jurors were more than likely not paying attention when they needed to.

Most of the jurors were zoned out and some were even nodding off. Nothing has changed.
