Who watched the 92 destroyed CIA torture tapes?

Since we just got the torture report and are reminded once again how bad it was

I thought that the 1000s of hours of torture they recorded and destroyed puts even a deeper dark evil sickness to this whole national nightmare.

I bet Cheney had a direct feed .....

not released. Sy Hersh described them as more horrible than what had been released. Somewhere those photographs may have been secreted away. And, if there is a whistleblower who can leak them (now that part of the Torture Report has been released) then maybe there's a chance that there will be more coming.
