Did you know that Google's Gmail has a new look? It's HORRIBLE

I myself am a long time Gmail user - and they rolled out some ugly looking white thing that is supposed to be "cross-platform" and it does not work very well as intended.

For many visually impaired people - this is a violation of ADA law, and Google needs to be painfully aware of it.

So far, there's not many people that are happy with it.

Are you?

We need to find a way to let Google management know that they screwed up royally.

If you guys have Google stock - it is my recommendation that you short it now.

They really ought to have an option to choose, instead of forcing everyone to "upgrade."

2. Google knows nothing about design. Just look at Android's framework. Anyway, Google is spyware.

- and don't have any problem with it. I just clicked the cog in the upper right hand corner of the screen and adjusted the color, settings, and size of display to what suited me best.

they should have left the original look as one of the "themes". That's Human Interface 101. I looked through the settings and none of them struck me as notably useful.

There are some very minor improvements -- easier to add/remove labels, e.g.

I think it really isn't all that different .... Not enough to piss and moan from an aesthetic or functional viewpoint ...

The ADA issue is a different story .... If it isnt satisfactory, then that should be addressed ...

.... but are you sure you've explored all of the options/settings. My gmail presentation is very, very customizable.

Plus I'd echo the earlier comments, I use gmail but that is about it when it comes to google. If ever a company went off the ethics rails they are it.

I run Ghostery and NoScript and it is easy to see that every damn page on the web is trying to track you.
