This is just a piece of what the Raygun Administration tried to implement in very subtle ways. With the changes that were made in our Corporate Bankruptcy Laws as to who gets paid and in what order they get paid,workers were put on the bottom of the list. And now we see the end results of this legislation. Labor got their lunch handed to them and many of these folks who voted for the Ronny are now getting their deserts thrown in their faces. Nuff said!!!!

That is the WHOLE FUCKING POINT. Contracts, like the rest of the law, are only inflicted on the little people. Corporations are free to ignore whatever law they wish to.
