if the Rep is affiliated in any way, or receiving contributions, from Citigroup = and that includes his/her spouse and other relatives.

I say we go at it the way the FBI puts together RICO cases. This is organized crime as far as i'm concern on the part of citigroup and SOME reps. Not the CBC. For sure.
