It looks like you have to have $69 to qualify.

Maybe there is a background check.

He's getting into robotics, and one of the things I saw on a side table at his office was the frame for one of those multi-arm, multi-blade types. I don't imagine there was any sort of background check to buy the parts.

What I really want is the device that blocks cell phones around me. I could have a very active time in the grocery store.

a clipboard / tablet / phone-holder for my lists and a small extra folding basket for things that have to stay level, like a pie.
