the problem with today's "christians" is that they don't care about what Jesus said.

I think they should call themselves "Paulists" not Christians.

And Jesus had the audacity to want to make Mary Magdalene the head of his church. That is why, story goes, that after He was crucified, Mary Mags had to flee to France with his children or unborn child or something to go into hiding and stay safe. They wanted her dead.

And he wrote HIS words.

And to clarify that is what the extreme Christian Right uses.

Judas traded him , all pieces of poop ,but they all agreed on what he said .Their interpretation is no more valid than a fundies , The red letter bible highlights what Jesus said ,and it runs as close as human ,homophobic ,racist beings coming out of ' Socrates cave ' could ,I believe them , I can't prove their information is accurate ,thats why it's a belief and not a fact.I don't believe in Racism ,Homophobia or Misogyny ,nor do a lot of people with my ,,,Beliefs. The Christian right elected the biggest misanthrope ever to mislead this country , and They weren't using the teachings of Jesus to do that.

The point we are all making, and you did as well, is this is damn interpretation... and in theirs... you and I are going to hell. Me for even more reasons than you. I just smile.
