For a man facing his fourth DUI case, Richard J. Curzon Jr. sure knows how to draw attention to himself when hes behind the wheel.
A Douglas County prosecutor said Wednesday that the 57-year-old Omahan was spotted by a police officer near 84th and K Streets about 11:25 p.m. Tuesday straddling the center line, driving slowly, his hazard lights on, with four flat tires, the airbag deployed and damage to his vehicle.

He refused to pull over and was arrested near 96th and I Streets after a low-speed chase. Police ended up using a Taser on him.
Curzon was taken by a rescue squad to Bergan Mercy Hospital, where a preliminary test revealed his blood-alcohol level at .254 percent. The legal limit for driving is .08 percent.
