Perspective please.. the Chinese, and the Cubans, the Nazis etc etc etc
The Chinese have imprisoned and killed 100's of thousands of people over the years .. Dictatorship by committee.. and somehow we managed to begin to open relationships with them, that has benefited the individual freedoms of people living in China over the course of the last few decades..
The Germans Nazis killed and tortured 1/4th of the entire Jewish population.. and today they are one of our closest allies.. Not to mention the Japanese.. we have reestablished ties with Vietnam
You can now use your credit cards in Cuba, some dissidents were freed along with Gross and and American operative.. and people can travel to Cuba. Oh my gosh, the world is spinning out of control 
Seriously.. Marco Rubio and Mendendez.. get some perspective.
No one is patting the Castros on the back.. but at some point, if we really want to make a difference in the lives of the Cuban people.. we have to start talking to each other.
