Personally I think maybe we should deny people the right to marry.....

This idiot has already been divorced TWICE and yet she thinks she thinks she knows what defines a marriage and a family and she should decide who should get married in the state of Florida.

I don't think a woman who has been divorced twice has the right to decide who can and cannot get married in Florida.

Oh and btw there was an almost 3rd marriage back in 2012

Normally as one woman to another, I know sometimes we make the wrong choice - it happens and normally I would not criticize her revolving door on husbands. But I would hope that person would show the same kind of respect towards others in regards to marriage. Instead Pam Bondi is a hateful, vile woman who thinks she has the right to destroy families in the name of her mis-aligned religion. She needs to read the words of Jesus - he would not do the hateful things she does.

That those who claim the bible defines marriage as one man and one woman (skipping the fact that IIRC there are eight variations of marriage mentioned) completely ignore this verse-

Mark 10: 9 What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.

The other 3 are Matthew, Luke and John.

But sometimes that pretty on the outside doesn't go deep on the inside.

I was always amazed at the men who found a blind spot in order to marry some woman no one else liked for good reasons and still kept that blind spot in place until she did something unforgivable to them before the scales fell from their eyes.

btw it works the other way too. Men who treat women like dogs still have a train of female adorers no matter what they do. Maybe it explains the prison groupies who marry serial murderers.

Even the act of father giving away the bride to husband is a transfer of property. I think when people want to take a mate of any gender, and want some legal protections in doing so and to protect any children that might result, there can be a variety of contracts to enter into and not necessarily the traditional ones.
