Marine corps barracks in Cherry point North Carolina (union workers?)

Are the new barracks being built at this place being built by union workers?

2. Sorry but i do not know anything about this other than

the fact that new barracks are being constructed at this Marine base. A person i know was down there last week and he was talking about the new barracks being constructed. He used the phrase "the union thugs were slowly working on the project."
I did not respond to this but thought to myself. Well they may have been thugs but I doubt if they were "commie unionists" down in that part of the country. the commie unionist meant as a sarcastic statement to this right winger.
My concern is, the group we were with accepted the phrase union thugs with no concern. like "yeah we all know about union thugs."

3. Did you search defense.gov to see who was awarded the contract?

Here's the Cherry Point Facebook page -- https://www.facebook.com/MCASCherryPoint -- maybe you'll find your answer there.
