Neighbors allege that Matthew Owens pulled knife on kids, routinely called them ni**ers and cursed

Kind of an interesting bit of backstory to a current subject of discussion. I posted a thread earlier discussing similar allegations from other neighbors but this video corroborates an earlier witness who mentioned that:

The neighbor said Owens previously had been extremely angry at the children. “He ran in here and got 2 butcher knives. I said, ‘What are you doing with these?’” he said. “He was in a rage.”

The neighbor said he does not know what Owens did with the knives but added that he does not believe they were a factor in the confrontation with the children or the subsequent beating.

Here we have another neighbor discussing that incident, alleging that Owens pulled a knife on the children. This is extremely disturbing. She also claimed that he had a drinking problem and would routinely wander out to curse the children and kill them ni**ers.

One of the neighbors mentions that he heard Owens saying "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" before the beating began. Given what we know I kind of doubt that this was simply an "I'm sorry that I yelled at the kids for being on my lawn" remark. What happened here? We'll probably know pretty soon.
