DA has just announced she sees no probable cause for prosecuting Summer Moody's shooter.

She's just finishing up a press conference.

She also indicated, however, that the Grand Jury that will be investigating the burglary is free to expand their inquiry to the issue of the shooters.

I think her reasoning was that the shooters couldn't have known Summer was there -- she would have been too hard to see -- and they were shooting away from the other teens. So they're off the hook because they didn't purposely try to kill Summer.

I only saw part of the press conference, and no one in that part asked her about negligent homicide or manslaughter.

and ended up killing the girl who was hiding in the bushes. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER fire a warning shot.

I completely agree with you about never firing "warning shots."
