University of Florida drops plans to axe CompSci for sports

A plan by the University of Florida (UF) to axe most of its computer science department while increasing sports funding is being reconsidered after the news went viral.

JD alexander knows if he does not have a bunch of tech students at the new "Florida Tech", he will have egg on his face. Only students who have to got there will. I just hope USF, UCF and FIU clean up (aka the tampa, miami and orlando colleges)
