The Rich Man and The Fat Man. What a ticket!

Or maybe Corporateman AND Corpulentman?

Gov. Chris Christie (NJ-Fat) avowed today that he'd be willing to talk to Rmoney about the VP slot on the ticket.
WooHoo!
Be still my heart.

Jon Stewart is rubbing his hands in anticipation.

1. I wonder whether Mittens would want a running mate

who is more interesting than he is (which is almost everybody). Christie isn't interesting in a good way - he's a total dick - but even though his personality is unpleasant, at least he has one. So there is a strong likelihood that he could, and would, upstage Mittens at just about any joint appearance. Also, he takes up a bit more physical space. I would think Mittens would prefer a bland milquetoast type like Timmy "The Tool" Pawlenty, who is possibly the most boring human ever to walk the face of the earth.

There is also the problem of Christie having occasionally been not an extreme wingnut, like when he defended the appointment of a Muslim judge.

Still, it would be an entertaining ticket - comedy gold, as they say.

2. Nah, he's gonna pick Christine O'Donnell, not Chris Christie. He needs that demographic!

Although I expect Jon Stewart to have a great time no matter who he picks...

What if he picks Paul? Would that be great, or what?

Finally, the Paulies will go home to Freeperville after Jim Bob is exiled to the outback with St. Sarah.

Hey, it could happen.
