emotion. (War on the Constitution is accurate because war powers have become very muddled by pretending we are waging a war when we are in fact chasing individual criminals and gangs of criminals--and probably creating more criminals and gangs of criminals as we go.)

We call it a war, wage it against (mostly) people of Arab heritage who all self-identify as Muslims, then try to explain we are not waging war on Muslims.

Speaking of emotion, "terror" means "extreme fear." The very concept of a war on fear is ludicrous. Leave it to Rove and Dimson to have come up with that one. Obama was wise to drop the term.

However, the "war" itself continues.
