9/11 9/11 9/11 9/11 9/11 oh but actually killing Bin Laden???

This just rips my turnips!

"Mr. President about Bin Laden..." 9/11!
"Mr. President the unemployment numbers don't count the ...." 9/11!
"Mr. Secretary your agriculture policy..." 9/11!

But now A YEAR AFTER KILLING BIN LADEN half of every story (or the whole story itself) is those stinking Republicans whining about PRESIDENT Obama making too much about ACTUALLY DOING HIS JOB!!!

Give me a friggin' break!!

HE GOT HIM. YOU DIDN'T.
In fact W shut down the CIA office that was looking for Bin Laden. And, of course, HE LET HIM GET AWAY IN TORA BORA!!!

W's entire life is a miserable failure. I notice that in the anti-WE GOT HIM chatter they have even stopped trying their sad attempt to credit W with getting Bin Laden. 2 1/2 years later (or a "Governor Palin" as the kids say) you can't take credit for your FAILURE.

Take your "9/11!" and go sit in the corner and look at it for the rest of your miserable life.

will be politicizing the Bin Laden anniversary in New York today. Pity Rudy's favorite cop and one of the speakers at the ReTHUG first ever New York convention back in 04 - prisoner #whatthefuggever Bernie Kerik is unable to attend.

Have you seen the latest from the M$M? Now, they want us to be TOTALLY FRIGHTENED by the likelihood that Al Qaeda has developed a 'body bomb' that will be 'surgically implanted' inside a terrorist, who will then board a plane and blow it up.

Sigh...

They sought him here,
They sought him there,
Those Bushies sought him everywhere.
Was he in Heaven?
Or was he in Hell?
That damned ellusive, OBL.

Then, "the One" came into town,
And in three years he put him down,
So OBL has gone to dust.
Obama's laurels?
Right and Just!

We spent about 6 years being disparaged as people this country as the GOP wore 9-11 out to no end.

We were american hating, terrorist loving scumbags if we opposed ANYTHING these morons did for 6 years, they freaking forced the cafeteria in congress to call french fries FREEDOM FRIES for gods sake.

The disstick held an aircraft carrier headed home at sea to he could do the most blazen photo op ever in the infamous MISSION ACCOMPLISHED disaster, trumping the end of a war that was just beginning.

BO handled taking OBL out with the ultimate in grace, it was well executed down to his burial at sea, and he was VERY understated about it.

And, the Bush admin absolutely DID take its eye of the guy who was the mastermind of 9-11 to do their Iraq disaster.

NEVER will these morons EVER operate with any level of fairness or decency.

When they were in power, they wanted EVERYTHING their way and just totally ran roughshod over the government. Somehow, when they have not had the presidency, they have managed to be even worse.

Barrack Obama is a MUCH bigger man than I am, cause I would have LONG lost any ability to be decent with these twits.

politicizing the killing of bin Laden while Mitt was doing a photo op with Mr. "a noun a verb and 9/11-a noun a verb and 9/11-a noun a verb and 9/11-a noun a verb and 9/11" Giuliani at a New York City firehouse, while using as props several of the firemen who were at the WTC on 9/11!

Could the irony be more blatant? (Or the hypocrisy, for that matter.)

Yes, I know, President Gore would not have ignored the warnings and might very well have prevented the tragedy, but let's play a little "what if" here, OK?

Would 9/11 have been a huge political advantage for Gore or any Democratic president?

Would the Republicans have rallied behind our nation's president or would they, as soon as possible without being blatantly partisan in a time of national tragedy, used it to pound home their meme that Democrats can't be trusted in matters of national security?

I'm still shaking my head that this huge failure on Dim Son's watch became his greatest political asset -- one that he could exploit to implement the PNAC agenda for Iraq and paint dissenters with the brush of treason.

Sometimes I wonder if 9/11 was a "failure" ...

even tough Bush had been in office for 9 months. The repeated lie was that Clinton didn't warn Bush about the danger. But you're right that Chimpco jumped at the chance to use the tragedy to advance the PNAC's agenda. And 9/11 where the Chimp got to use a megaphone on a mound of rubble and appear half way intelligent was the greatest day of his political life.
