The Ed Show continues to dissect the Ryan Budget, and finds provisions for a "territorial tax". Huh? What's that? Basically, a tool to further reduce US taxes on corporate profits while creating incentives for corporations to ship American jobs offshore.

Mitt says Ryan's plan to rob Americans is "marvelous".

With guest David Cay Johnston, author of Free Lunch. "This (Ryan's plan) is a redistribution plan. Take from the many, give to the already rich."
