I was a little concerned yesterday as they were left in nest alone for a few minutes. I'm sure they know what they are doing!! It's so interesting and addicting.

I saw them leave the eggs for a few minutes but they were never gone long.
I was worried about the younger one a little. He kept flopping over and staying down. He did manage to get some food though.
Today they both look better.

I'm not for sure if it's normal for them to leave them alone or not, but I was scared for them. The weaker one seems to be getting a little stronger. She fed them a lot yesterday. I've really got to lay off this a little though, I didnt do anything yesterday but watch. It's so addicting. Do you know which one is the male/female? I've noticed one has a larger beak and one has a black mark on its beak.

on the news just to let everyone know how the birds are doing, a brief summary of their actives and some video. They've been featuring it from just about day one when the nest was being built.
