Am impressed with O'Donnell's guests

(12,369 posts)Even nicer when it involves one of the bush crime family members.

(9,148 posts)Presidency? He is weak.
One great point they made.
( Not a direct quote but my understanding of their statement.)

(9,148 posts)Jeb may be giving up his seat at the steering wheel & stuck in the back seat of the clown car between Fiorina & Cruz.

(153,113 posts)is he just now coming to the realization repukes in Indiana have overreached big time? He is as stupid as his brother.
tavernier
(12,369 posts)although I would have argued that no one is that stupid. But perhaps the glasses from the Rick Perry collection make him look smarter.
... he's the "smart Bush" don't you know.

(59,578 posts)He doesn't even have the (temporary) courage of his (faux) Christo-fascist convictions.
He can't even pretend to.

later contradict himself if he sees any advantage in it.

(19,558 posts)They are in a bit of a tight spot trying to fit their big business Republicans, their evangelical Republicans and their pseudo Libertarian "don't tax on me" Republicans into a one size fits all candidate, huh?

(55,981 posts)I detest Poppy but I think he is smart. The boys must have gotten their "dumb" from mom. I think she has been silenced since that "let them eat cake" statement after Katrina. The Bush family is an excellent example of why we desperately need heavy inheritance taxes.

(6,699 posts)I am disgusted with such spineless, corrupt, lying sons-of-bitches. Like bib, the preznit of the reich wing in this country, they'll say ANYTHING to get the vote...and then do exactly what they want when they are in power.

(81,125 posts)We MUSTN'T EVER forget jeb's interference with that whole sad affair. We mustn't forget ANYBODY'S interference in such a personal family trauma.
The message needs to be: Your religion does NOT trump MY rights. It may certainly be important to you but it doesn't trump MY rights, or ANYBODY'S rights. Your religion does NOT give you the right to discriminate. It's NOT okay. Regardless how you want to dress it up.
This, like a woman's right to choose, is non-negotiable. It is an absolute.

(111,162 posts)for you. Think of some of the fallout among your buddies after you stepped in fundy shit over the Schiavo case. You and your big brother got a lot of it splashed on you. While the post Katrina fiasco woke a lot of people up completely, your hamfisted meddling in a tragic family drama in 2005 started the process off.
It's ten years later and your once mighty fundy voting bloc has been getting smaller every year. Their kids hate your guts and have been leaving abusive churches and claiming "no religion" and no one can build a winning campaign without some of the people under 30, not even you. Hell, they're not even identifying as Christians any more because of the shit you and your buddies have pulled over the years. Of all the things you have to be ashamed of, that's one of your worst.
All the back pedaling in the world isn't going to save you, Jebbie. Keeping your wife hidden unless you're in the southwest US isn't going to work, either. People remember things longer than you think they do and most of 'em remember what your daddy and your brother did to the economy. They both crashed it. They know another Bush will destroy this country completely.
And that means you. You haven't changed. You're still caving to the worst of the assholes in the religious right, the ones who use Jesus as a tool to bully other people.
Give it up, get out of politics, move to Honduras, and live in well deserved obscurity along with the rest of your rotten family. You've been stinking up this country long enough.
