He seems to have the elements of a wife beater.

Likes to start a fights, blames women for failed relationships, wants to control
women(says women should only be able to get divorce if they suffering beatings).

He doesn't see women as separate people from men, he seems to think that
women get their civil rights from men and not the constitution.

I thought, at first, that these folks were Great 19th Century Minds of Our Time. But then I realized it was more like Great 13th Century Minds of Our Time.
