We will see in a few months since there are still several key points both sides disagree on. Hopefully something works out.

I'm curious how Kerry can guarantee the lifting of US imposed sanctions when that's something that will have to pass Congress with all Republican and many Democrats in opposition.

Like I said, we will see. Honestly I give it less than a year before Iran refuses inspectors access to some sites and it's all back to square one.
