Yoda, It Is? Jedi Master Resembles Ancient Illustration

No, this isn’t an illustration from Dagobah.

Researchers at The British Library have found an illustration that looks quite like Jedi Master Yoda from the Star Wars universe.

It’s an illuminated manuscript from the early 1300s known as the Smithfield Decretals.

NPR reports the book is a collection of Papal letters, and the “Yoda” page discusses the biblical story of Samson.

The manuscript’s pages are filled with drawings of interesting creatures.
