Keep healthy all you old farts

To keep your brain healthy so you can argue over the merits of that politician over another or whether parks are safe for children or some issue dealing with police tactics , the article gives dietary suggestions to keep those neurons firing and sparking:

"Brain health is the second most important component in maintaining a healthy lifestyle according to a 2014 AARP study. As people age they can experience a range of cognitive issues from decreased critical thinking to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. In the March issue of Food Technology published by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), contributing editor Linda Milo Ohr writes about eight nutrients that may help keep your brain in good shape"

These are the basic 8. Article gives more info on each one.

1. Cocoa Flavanols:
2. Omega-3 Fatty
3. Phosphatidylserine and Phosphatidic Acid
4. Walnuts:
5. Citicoline:
6. Choline:
7. Magnesium
8. Blueberries

But thanks to the DU spelling police I am reminded from time to time of that fact. Even though I use spell check I can get my there's and theirs mixed up. Such as it is when you have been around a long time.

I too am reminded from time to time. Hell...I do the best I can, and then correct the mistake..Is that ok?

When I was a lad, I recall vaguely that there were erasers on pencils..Do they still do that?

In fact, I saw on the computer, that it has a key that will delete a word or a sentence if there is a mistake made..ok?

thank you for listening to this from a more mature individual.....

Big Nutriceutical website and order up some high-priced supplements. I'm an old fart, to be sure. Yes, indeed, that's what I'll do.
