I can't think of any way that any trade agreement, TPP or otherwise, could make war profiteering more cushy than it is today.

All I know is that the TPP is super secret, national security secret, so I have to trust the people putting it together, because it's for my own good.

Well, that seems reasonable to me.

Designed in california, built in china, it's success bolstering the US stock market seen as a benchmark for the American economy.

The stock market, not employment, is always the focus. There is no real benchmarks for the health of the american economy. Unemployment doesn't even count discouraged workers.
