all over the world. Bringing DOWN First World pay scales, raising Third World pay scales, until they meet, somewhere, at as low a point as they can get away with without world wide uprisings.

What, is he anti 'helping poorer countries' or something?

That's the talking point I've seen, that we are so selfish and hypocritical that we don't want to help other impoverished countries!
